Joe is involved in all aspects of the investigative business. He is a key contact for clients and provides direction to Directors, Managers, and investigative staff. He has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, working as a claims adjuster and private investigator for both insurance companies and self-insured corporations.

Melissa is responsible for payroll and takes care of the financial operations of the company. She has been with Becker & Company since 2009 and has held many roles including CIU Manager, Surveillance Manager, and Intake Coordinator before moving into a more administrative role. She enjoys being a resource for her coworkers, often stating she would “much rather answer your question than fix your mistake.”

Jon oversees the daily operations of the Surveillance Team, which includes Surveillance Investigators, Managers, Technical Writers, and Video Technicians. He joined Becker & Company in 2008 as a Field Investigator and then became a Surveillance Manager before taking on the role of Director. Jon believes in a detail-oriented approach to case management and investigations, and he encourages his team to “know it and own it”. Jon’s numerous experiences within the company aids us in navigating even the toughest case situations we face every day.

Andrea has been with Becker & Company since March of 2020, starting as a CIU Coordinator. In her first year, Andrea rapidly learned different facets of the company as our first Lead Development Marketing Coordinator and as a Desk Investigator before moving to her current position in January 2022. Andrea is responsible for providing consistent direction and suggestions to each department she supervises and is known for her emphasis on meticulous and factual reporting, as well as quality assurance.

Jaclyn supervises our Claims Investigation Unit and is responsible for providing daily direction and ongoing training to CIU Managers and Writers. She joined Becker & Company in 2017 as a CIU Manager before being promoted to Director. Jaclyn and her team oversee complex case management, client communication, quality assurance, billing, and final report for each assignment.
